Shipping - All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All gowns are shipped via UPS or FedEx ground unless otherwise directed. (usually $35.00-$45.00) All gowns will be shipped out of out of Poway, CA.

Overnight shipping is available at an additional cost.

International shipping is available: Please e-mail us at info@bridecouture.com for payment.  Customer is responsible for all duty fees and charges through customs.
 

Insurance will be added to all shipments (usually $10-$15).  Insurance will be added for each gown.

Once payment is processed gown/s will be shipped within 2 days to a week. Customer will be notified via e-mail of the tracking number for shipment.


Return Policy - Bride Couture™ has a satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your gown you may return it for a full refund . 

The customer is responsible for:
1. all shipping costs in the return of the gown including insurance;

2. returning the gown in the same condition that it was in when received;

3. notifying Bride Couture™ via e-mail of the return at return@bridecouture.com within 3 (three) days of receiving the gown;

4. returning the gown to Bride Couture™ within 7 (seven) days from the date customer received the gown; on day 8 (eight) the gown will not be accepted for a return. Additional time is allowed with prior approval.

5.You may purchase a maximum of up to four gowns to try and may return the gowns you do not wish to keep without being charged a restocking fee. If you would like to try more than five gowns you must get authorization before purchasing gowns. MORE THAN FIVE GOWNS PURCHASED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR A RETURN. This means that if you purchase five or more gowns only four will be accepted for a return.



Once the gown is received and inspected by Bride Couture™, the customer’s credit card will be credited the full purchase price . (usually within 48 hours)

Our return policy is very strict in order to maintain the integrity of our gowns. When a customer receives a gown they should immediately try on the gown and make all inspections in order to have time to make a decision whether or not to keep the gown.


Typographical Errors - In the event a gown is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Bride Couture shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for gowns listed at the incorrect price. Bride Couture shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and customer’s credit card charged. If customer’s credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Bride Couture shall immediately issue a credit to customer’s credit card account in the amount of the charge.
